Jalli Journeys

Terms of Use

Last updated: July 2026

These terms govern the use of the Jalli Journeys website and its services. By using the site, you accept them. They are governed by Moroccan law, notably Law No. 31-08 on consumer protection and Law No. 53-05 on the electronic exchange of legal data.

Our services

Jalli Journeys is a Morocco-based bespoke travel and events house. The site presents our services (private journeys, honeymoons, weddings, events and corporate trips) and lets you submit an enquiry.

Enquiries and quotes

Submitting an enquiry through our form does not constitute a contract. Any proposal or quote we issue is indicative and valid until the validity date shown on it. A booking is firm only once a separate service contract has been signed.

Pre-contractual information

In accordance with Law No. 31-08, we provide you, before any commitment, with the essential characteristics of the proposed services and their price.

Prices and payment

Prices appear in our quotes, in the stated currency. At this stage no payment is made online: payment terms are set out in the service contract.

Third-party services

Some services (accommodation, transport, guides, activities) are provided by independent partners. We select them carefully, but their delivery is also subject to their own terms.

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal under Law No. 31-08 may not apply to travel, accommodation or leisure services supplied on a specific date or period. The applicable cancellation terms are set out in each service contract.

Intellectual property

All site content (text, visual identity, graphics) is protected. Any reproduction or use without authorisation is prohibited.

Liability

We design and coordinate your project with the utmost care, as a best-efforts obligation. We cannot be held liable for acts attributable to third parties or to circumstances beyond our control.

Personal data

The processing of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which complies with Law No. 09-08.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts of the company’s registered office.
