The data controller is Jalli Journeys, a Morocco travel and events house. Full details (registered name, head office and legal identifiers) will be added upon incorporation of the company.

We only collect the data you provide through our enquiry form or by contacting us directly: name, email address, phone, country of departure, and details about your project (type of trip or event, destinations, dates, number of travellers, indicative budget and message).

This data is processed to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal or quote and manage our relationship. Processing is based on your consent and on pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Your data is intended for our internal team. It is shared with trusted partners (riads, hotels, guides, transport) only to the extent strictly necessary to prepare and deliver your project, and under a duty of confidentiality. We never sell your data.

Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our commercial relationship, then for the periods required by our legal obligations, before being deleted or anonymised.
