What exactly do I pay for?

Design, access and coordination: an itinerary built from a blank page, hand-picked riads and hotels, private guides and transfers, and a single point of contact who handles every detail. Your quote itemises each service and its price, so you always see precisely what you are paying for.

How far in advance should I plan?

For the most sought-after periods, spring, autumn and the end of December, three to six months ahead gives the widest choice of riads and guides. Shorter lead times are often possible; tell us your dates and we will be honest about what is achievable.

Do you only do holidays, or also weddings and corporate trips?

Both. We design private journeys and honeymoons, and we also plan and produce weddings, private celebrations, and corporate or incentive trips in Morocco, end to end.

What languages can I deal with you in?

Our team works in English, French, Spanish, Arabic and Mandarin. Your quote can also be issued in the language of your choice.

How do I pay?

There is no online payment. Payment terms, typically a deposit to confirm and the balance before travel, are set out clearly in the service contract you sign, along with the applicable cancellation terms.

Can I change my itinerary after booking?

In most cases, yes. We adapt wherever the suppliers allow it, and we tell you upfront if a change carries a cost. Any conditions are those stated in your service contract.

Do you arrange flights?

We advise on the best routings and can coordinate your arrival and departure with the rest of the itinerary. International flights may be included in your quote or booked by you, whichever you prefer.
